Frame Construction

The process begins with creating the "skeleton" of the furniture.

Material Selection: Frames are typically built from high-quality hardwoods like eucalyptus or birch, or engineered materials like MDF to prevent warping.
Precision Cutting: Wood is cut into specific components—legs, arms, and rails—using advanced machinery like CNC cutters to ensure a seamless fit.
Joinery: Pieces are assembled using durable techniques like mortise and tenon joints, often reinforced with glue and wood screws to prevent creaking.

Before padding, the internal support system is installed to define the furniture's feel.

This stage adds the comfort layers that define the furniture's silhouette.

While the frame is being padded, the exterior cover is prepared separately.

The final assembly where the fabric meets the frame.

Fitting: The sewn cover is pulled taut over the padded frame and secured with industrial staples or tacks. Craftsmen start from the center and work outward to ensure a wrinkle-free finish.
Detailing: Hand-finishing touches are added, such as decorative nailheads, buttons for tufting, or polishing the wooden legs.
Quality Inspection: Every piece undergoes a final check for seam strength, pattern alignment, and structural integrity before being packaged for delivery
